Fall 2023 Favorite Bowl Collection

Steve Skinner's latest Fall collection of stoneware Favorite Bowls is especially noteworthy because of the playful application of porcelain inlay. Steve loves "process" when making pottery. With these bowls, he calls on his early creative printmaking experiences, during which he enjoyed spontaneous mark-making on handmade paper, now it's clay. 

Steve introduces one of our newest glazes (and one of my favorites) -- Hanes White -- which creates a beautiful, matte finish inside the bowl and complements the white porcelain inlay on the bowl's exterior. Other glazes in this collection include Serena Blue and Indigo.
