The Crucible is one of BlackTree Studio's oldest and favorite designs.
- Every Crucible is unique, hand-built in stoneware.
- 7" diameter x 5" tall
- Steve uses the traditional technique of coiling to create our Crucibles. Potters have used this technique for thousands of years. The "seams" visible on the exterior of each Crucible reflect the coiling construction of the pot.
- An 8-page booklet, Bread & Crucible, comes with every purchase and includes our favorite bread recipe (a French boule).
