Porcelain MY FAVORITE BOWL (Artist's #9722)

This small porcelain bowl is handmade: clay coils are pressed into a mold Steve made from a squash I grew in the garden. The bowl's organic form contrasts with the beautiful subtle celadon-like glaze in its interior. The bowl's exterior has the unexpected matte finish and feel of unglazed porcelain.

This bowl fits in the palm of my hand like a newborn kitten. It's both functional -- use it for cereal or even a cup of cafe au lait -- and decorative -- a tiny geode on your kitchen table.

• Handmade with porcelain clay. Its shape is formed by a mold we made of a spaghetti squash I grew in my garden.
• Approx. 4 1/2" diameter x 3" - 3 1/4" tall.
• The interior is glazed; its exterior is unglazed and matte with some texture.
• Always food safe. Please hand wash.
