BREAD CRUCIBLE in Serena Blue

Yes, we glazed this Crucible with Serena Blue, but thanks to the physics of heat and oxygen inside the kiln, the bluish color leans towards a green hue with subtle hints of yellow (which can't be seen in the photos).

The glaze is also accented with a spotted dark pattern resembling little fish swimming upstream.

The unglazed exterior has a texture and clearly shows the "seams" of the traditional pottery-making technique called coiling—such a contrast between the interior and exterior of this Crucible.

Perfect for bread baking, a small fruit bowl, or simply displaying.
