Shipping policy

We do everything possible to control the cost of shipping. However, pottery is heavy and some of our work has very interesting shapes. These conditions can make for big, heavy boxes. We always pay attention to the details of shipping your pottery order: from wrapping to double boxing to choosing the most cost-effective way to ship.

Shipping charges are based rates provided to us by the USPS and by FedEx, depending on the size of your package. We do not charge you for boxes or handling. 

The cost of shipping is clearly marked with each purchase. 

If you receive a broken item with your shipment send us an email    pottery@blacktreestudio.com with a photograph of the breakage and your name, etc. and we will take care of it.
