Tiny Face Tumblers
I love making these Tumblers, because I love drawing into clay, which is called sgraffito.
I confess that most of the Tumblers feature the female face, inspired by looking at Matisse line drawings. There are however several male faces inspired by looking at their painted self portraits.
Each stoneware tumbler has its unique personality and is perfect for enjoying a sip of wine, sharing a whiskey with a friend, or greeting the morning with some OJ.
All Tumblers have the following qualities:
- Hand formed with stoneware clay
- Hold a good 4 ounces of liquid
- Are approximately 2 3/4" tall with a 2 1/2" diameter
- Sgraffito faces are on 2 sides of the tumbler
- Interior is glazed; the exterior is not glazed
- Food safe, dishwasher safe microwave safe.
