Companion (Artist # 462)

This Companion has a quiet demeanor. And, it is also a rattle due to a small piece of clay the potter placed inside its form.

Stoneware Companions are unique. Steve and I  hand-build each with stoneware clay and add sculpted details using different colored clays and stains.  Each Companion seems to have its own personality and speaks to the customer differently.
